I don&#039;t think the debt ceiling is the real problem.  I think the market, and many of the credit agencies are already agreeing with me.  See my next post, but they&#039;re saying the US may lose it&#039;s AAA rating even if a deal is reached by Tuesday.</description>

If Congress does not raise the debt ceiling and the U.S. cannot pay all its bills, then the members of Congress should not receive their paychecks from the U.S.
